Responsibilities:-
Specialization in Wet-tool (Monotex, BSG, PSG, Polishing, RCA):-
Provide expert management of Wet-tool (Monotex, BSG, PSG, Polishing, RCA) processes, ensuring optimal operation and maintenance of Wet-tool (Monotex, BSG, PSG, Polishing, RCA) equipment for solar cell production.
Preventive Maintenance:-
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of Wet-tool (Monotex, BSG, PSG, Polishing, RCA) machines. Ensure adherence to maintenance protocols and best practices.
Breakdown Management:-
Lead the response to major equipment breakdowns, coordinating quick and effective repairs to minimize production disruption. Analyze breakdowns to prevent future occurrences.
RCA (Root Cause Analysis):-
Conduct thorough root cause analysis of equipment failures and process issues. Implement corrective actions based on findings to improve machine reliability and performance.
Spare Parts Planning:-
Analyze historical data and predict future spare parts requirements. Collaborate with shift engineers and spare part manager to align inventory levels with operational needs.
Machine Uptime:-
Focus on maximizing machine uptime by overseeing effective maintenance practices, troubleshooting issues promptly, and ensuring that Wet-tool (Monotex, BSG, PSG, Polishing, RCA) equipment operates at peak efficiency.
Specialized Tools Knowledge:-
Utilize advanced tools and software for monitoring and maintaining Wet-tool (Monotex, BSG, PSG, Polishing, RCA) equipment. Stay updated with the latest technological advancements in Wet-tool (Monotex, BSG, PSG, Polishing, RCA) processes.
Team Leadership:-
Manage and mentor the Wet-tool (Monotex, BSG, PSG, Polishing, RCA) maintenance team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective operation and professional development.
Compliance and Safety:-
Ensure all Wet-tool (Monotex, BSG, PSG, Polishing, RCA) operations comply with safety regulations and industry standards. Conduct regular safety audits and enforce safety protocols.
Quality Assurance:-
Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and specifications in Wet-tool (Monotex, BSG, PSG, Polishing, RCA) operations for consistent solar cell performance.

Educational Qualification:-
